Thank you for your continued support of Beth Chaverim! We value your membership and efforts toward building a Jewish community in our corner of Northern Virginia. We have many amazing plans for the coming year and look forward to what we will accomplish together.

Please complete the following form so we may schedule your billing for this fiscal year (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Dual Parent Family: Open to families with two adult spouses or partners with all membership privileges. Includes dependent children through age 25. ($2190)*Single Parent Family: Open to families with a single parent with all membership privileges ($1812)*Young Family: Open to families (single or dual parent) whose oldest child is under 1st grade with all membership privileges (half rate of applicable category).Couples: Open to adult couples without children to all membership privileges except religious school enrollment. Please indicate how many children you will be enrolling in Religious School for each category for the 2017-18 School Year. This is for billing purposes only. We will be sending out a separate Religious School Enrollment Form soon, which will ask for your child(ren)'s information, emergency contact information, etc.

*Note: B'nai Mitzvah fees are separate from Religious School fees.
