Dues Adjustment Request Form

Dear Member,

Your generosity makes it possible for BCRC to exist and flourish.  Beth Chaverim has a simple and fair financial commitment structure.  Dues are payable at the beginning of our fiscal year, which is July 1st, but there are several installment payment options available.  Religious school fees and Building Fund, where applicable, are computed separately from dues.  All membership dues and building fund contributions are tax deductible.

Beth Chaverim does not normally offer “discounts,” as we do not have an endowment to support this.  In matters of extremis (family health crisis, loss of employment, bankruptcy), reduced dues can be granted.  These decisions are kept strictly confidential - only the Dues Adjustment Committee is involved.  If you have a need that prevents you from paying your full financial obligation for this year, please submit this Dues Adjustment Request to the DAC by June 30, before the next fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).  All adjustments are subject to a written agreement between the member and the congregation.

Dues Reduction Agreements are reviewed on a periodic basis. The Congregation hopes that, when your financial condition improves, you will consider a donation of the difference between your reduction and your full financial commitment.
 
Once your Dues Agreement is finalized, the BCRC office will contact you to setup billing for your account. You may pay by credit card, eCheck, or regular check.

This Agreement is valid only for Membership Year 2023-2024.
