Sanctuary & Social Renewal Project
Sanctuary & Social Hall Renewal Project
Phase I
Movable Wall – Provides soun
dproofing and full separation of our most valuable community space, and enables us to further strengthen our community by having simultaneous events (i.e, a parent coffee in the social hall while Hebrew School activities occur in the sanctuary.)
Phase II - now underway!:
Thanks to your generous donations w
e have constructed a permanent bimah and a spiritual Jerusalem stone backdrop with recessed lighting. Our walls have been repainted and our tapestries retired.
We are now building a custom-made ark to fit into our stone wall niche, and fabricating new matching bimah furnishings to replace our aging reading table and lecterns.

Phase III
In Summer 2026 we will be installing new wood-toned flooring that will give our sanctuary and social hall a finished spiritual appearance.
Give Now!
Donations at certain levels will be publicly and permanently recognized as sponsors but even the smallest amount will be much appreciated, and will receive recognition. Please read the details of our new recognition program for donors.
You now have two vehicles available to make donations:
1) Give through your BCRC account by clicking here and donating to Sanctuary & Social Renewal Project. Be sure to use this donation account to ensure your contribution is applied correctly.
2) Use our new Givebutter donation portal to make donations quickly and easily, directly to this campaign. Please inform your friends and family of this tool so that we can broaden our base of support!
