Farewell Dinner for the Medoffs

Last Saturday, June 9th, we held a gala farewell dinner for the Medoffs, who are moving to Venice, Florida later this month. It was a bittersweet occasion as we wished them 'bon voyage' as they move to the Gulf Coast. Many stories were told about Marshall and Billie's numerous contributions to BCRC from the beginning of our temple all the way through to the current day, as they continue to be our most enthusiastic and active volunteers in many areas of temple life. We welcome anyone looking for a place to worship. In order to attend our weekly Shabbat Service, Guests must submit a Visitor Form prior to attending.
Announcing Sanctuary & Social Renewal Sprint 2
Our goal is to raise $50,000 by June 30 to build a spiritual Jerusalem stone wall backdrop integrated with the bimah, with recessed lighting and built-in space for a permanent ark.We plan to have the sanctuary construction done during the summer so that we can be ready for the High Holy Days. We thank everyone who has donated to our earlier phase.
Above you can see a rendering of these exciting plans (place holders for ark and furniture).
