The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held virtually on Zoom again this year. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, from 7:30-8:30 pm.
In addition, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on the same date, Wednesday, June 22, from 7:00-7:30 pm, for the purpose of considering an amendment to the BCRC constitution that will allow the Board of Directors to adopt and define membership categories currently defined in the constitution. The amendment, if approved, will be presented for consideration to the membership at-large at the Annual Congregational Meeting, immediately following.
In addition to the constitutional amendment, at the congregational meeting we will discuss and present for a vote the budget for FY 2022-23, the new slate of Board of Directors candidates, and approve the minutes of the 2021 Annual Congressional Meeting.
