Summary |
The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held virtually on Zoom again this year. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, from 7:30-8:30 pm.
In addition, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on the same date, Wednesday, June 22, from 7:00-7:30 pm, and resuming for an additional half hour immediately following the conclusion of the annual meeting.
A link will be sent out to all congregants prior to the meeting. At the board meeting prior to the congregational meeting, we will discuss and vote on approval of a proposed constitutional amendment which, if adopted, will then be offered for approval at the congregational meeting. The amendment would remove the definitions of the various categories of membership from the constitution, and enable the Board of Directors to readopt them by resolution, giving the board the flexibility to adopt changes without requiring future constitutional amendments each time a change is made.
At the congregational meeting that follows, we will discuss and present for a vote the budget for FY 2022-23, the new slate of Board of Directors candidates, and the proposed Constitutional amendments.
